I ordered this moss for a small project, i was a bit disappointed. The amount was close to what I expected, but not exact, and some of the pieces were smaller than I thought they’d be. I was still able to use it, so it wasn’t a total loss, but overall it felt average

I had to wait longer than expected to hear back from support about my order, and I ended up sending a follow-up before anyone replied. When they finally got back to me, they were polite, but the response felt generic, almost like a robot answering emails instead of a real person. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just frustrating because I needed an actual update and the slow replies made the whole thing more annoying than it had to be.

I had to return something from SuperMoss, and the process was okay, okay but a little slow. It wasn’t difficult or anything, and I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. I also had to check in once to see what was going on. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated. Overall, not a bad experience, not bad at all, just wish it had been a bit smoother.

The box showed up totally crushed, and there was moss spilled all over the place. I know it’s just packaging, but i opened it and immediately felt like I’d walked into a tiny shipping catastrophe.

The only reason I’m taking off a star is because the updates went quiet for a little while, but overall it was totally fine.

Maybe it’s fine for light use, but for me it just didn’t feel as durable as I’d hoped. Not the worst purchase, but I was expecting it to last longer

I ordered some moss from supermoss.com for my little terrarium setup, i’m happy with how it turned out. The color made my plants look a lot better, and I liked that I could tuck it around everything without making my workspace a total disaster.

Overall it was a simple, no-drama order, which is bascially what I wanted. I’d order from them again
